What are Credit Card Chargebacks?
Credit Card Chargebacks occur when a customer has disputed a charge on their card. You, as the merchant, then have the opportunity to submit a rebuttal to the dispute.
Typically, a credit card chargeback will include "merchant services," "merchant bankcd," or your MID (Merchant ID Number) in the descriptor.
